I have engaged in metal hardware industry for 6 years, I make friends with different customers from different countries as being a trading specialist during these years.

FC, Italian, is one of my very important customers, we do business with him since we’ve been working in 2017. He sent me an enquiry for the snap hook and metal lock, then I sent him some samples for evaluation. I got his mould fee of a push lock after one week, and since then we started our fantastic cooperation.

I’m impressed by his honesty and reliability. He is a serious and simple person. He’s strict with the designs, quality and always tries his best to meet his customers’ need. He can send me the PO without any word, just do it. I feel very comfortable working with him.

FC never defaults on payment except for some force majeure. Part of his factory caught a fire in January 2020, but he didn’t tell me anything to keep me worried even though I kept urging him for the payment. I feel regretful whenever I think of this matter. To some extent it’s a harsh work to make a balance between customers and company.

FC is really nice, I required him to place more orders in 2021 and he exactly did that. I got different metal ring orders, common designs but in large demand for a bag, the sales performance of 2021 was twice than every previous years. It’s a new time in 2022, I believe FC would always support me in future. Mutual trust and respect is the point to arrive at a win-win!
