What kind of file format do you need for design?
We need a vector graphic file (not a bitmap) for metal label design.
Accepted vector formats: PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR.
The design must remain clear and sharp when enlarged infinitely, without pixelation or mosaic.
Bitmap files (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PSD) are made of pixels and will become blurry or jagged when scaled, so they are not suitable for mold engraving.
If the artwork you send is not the final version, please also provide the font name used so we can revise it accurately.
And please tell us the Pantone color numbers of your logo/design to make sure the color is exactly what you want during plating or painting.
What is your production time and shipping time after I place an order?
Sample lead time: 8–10 days, depending on the type and complexity of metal tags or hardware accessories;
Bulk production time: 15–20 days;
Sample delivery time: 5–7 days by FedEx or DHL;

How to proced? What is your oder process?
Step 1. Email us all details — including design artwork, material, size, thickness, plating color, surface technique, destination, and payment terms.
If you don’t have a design yet, you can send reference product photos for discussion.
Step 2. Once we receive your details, we will reply with a quotation including unit price, mold cost (if needed), freight charge, and bank transfer fee.
Step 3. After you confirm the quotation, we will issue a proforma invoice (PI) for payment.
Step 4. If you don’t have a ready design file, our team can create a free draft design after receiving the order payment.
Step 5. If you want samples first, we will start sample production after receiving your sample payment. (If you skip samples, go to Step 6.)
Step 6. After you approve the sample or design draft, we will start bulk production.
Step 7. After mass production is completed, we will conduct final quality inspection and arrange shipment.
Step 8. Provide after-sales support for any issues after delivery.

You just need to cover the shipping cost.
