Some foreign customers contacted us for masks once we returned to work at the end of February. Some domestic customers finished their sales performance for selling the masks. It’s a harsh time for our metal hardware industry!

The metal hardware industry of China is always highly competitive, which is facing many problems, the development of the industry may be a new situation. To metal hardware companies, the opportunities coexist with challenges. Some companies or factories ran into cash flow problems and even went bankrupt, which caused some new fresh customers in the market. I got some new customers in this situation, like the spring ring customer, Andy, etc. The spring ring customers supported me a lot in the second half of 2020, which made my sales performance increased by nearly 700 thousand yuan.

Mrs. Xu, one of my best regular customers, once said there’s no slack season for a trading specialist in any case! I can’t agree more with her. Some new customers complained to me about the quality and after-sale service of their previous suppliers, I seized this moment to accumulate my own customer base, I absolutely thought it’s a great time to do business in 2020 and 2021. In fact, ‘better products, better quality, better service’ we can always attract more regular and new customers from home and abroad, and create a nice future for ourselves and customers. Now it’s the third year for us to fight against the virus, our market already adapts to the development, how can we make ourselves outstanding in 2022?
